Memory Check (Employees)

This memory check is based around employability

1. Detail four attributes/skills you need to show at an interview, for example: Self-management – your readiness to accept responsibility, flexibility, resilience, self-starting, time management, readiness to improve your own performance based on feedback and reflective learning

1. Self Improvement: this is just a saying for 'going out of your own way to improve results or improve your product.'

2. Reliable: This means that a employer can rely upon the're employee in case of an emergency of some kind

3. Teamwork: To be able to work within a group for such tasks as creating the products that the costumers or if you are part of the advertising team to sell the product. 

4. Compromising: being able to allow other ideas to float around and not being uncompromising.
